How to make a return or waranty claim

Returns and complaints

To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. write us an e-mail to shop@rotopax-europe.com and include:

the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

We will inform you by e-mail about further steps

2. Product Return

In the event of a complaint, please return the product with all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. The returned product cannot be used. The complained product must be returned clean.

3. Shipping: The complained product should be sent to the following address:

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, please complete the required declaration by mail to shop@rotopax-europe.com, simply provide your name, surname, order/invoice number, and reason of the return

In the next step please print the form and send them together with the returned product(s) to our address (the products cannot be used):

Please include any accessories received with the invoice, the returned product(s) and the receipt or invoice with your shipment. If a transaction made by the Customer using a payment card requires a refund, the Seller will make the refund to the bank account associated with the Customer's payment card.
